Casa Cascada is an elegant holiday rental with pool located about 500m from the beach in the village of Las Negras in the Cabo de Gata natural park. The village ‘ las Negras’ has about 350 inhabitants and features a diving center as well as a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket.
Las Negras is about half an hour drive from the airport of Almeria. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the silence and the exotic nature and beaches, such as Playa Los Genoveses and Playa Monsul. Also you can visit San Jose, a cozy harbour town. San José is approximately a half hour drive from Las Negras.

Cabo de Gata natural park

The park not only protects, the coastal strip of the municipalities Nijar and Carboneras, but also the sea (up to 12 miles from the coast). It is a volcanic area, with a steep rocky coast, small bays and subtropical vegetation. On the south coast there is a vast strip of flat land with the salt pans,’ Salinas de Acosta’. This area is used by many birds as a resting place between Europe and Africa on their annual migration. Often you can find here flamingos. There are about 140 species of birds to be spotted.
In the crystal clear waters divers find a fascinating world of rocks, sea vegetation and all kinds of fish and shellfish.

Description Casa la Cascada

This holiday rental shares a pool with two other houses. In this elegant building you’ll find on the ground floor the kitchen- and dining room with large glass windows. From here you have nice views onto the pool and Las Negras. Outside is the terrace with the hammock. On the mezzanine floor is the first dormitory for 2 people and the bathroom with shower. The second floor has a spacious living room, also with large glass windows and a small terrace and with magnificent views. On the top floor there is another dormitory and on top of the building you can enjoy the a roof terrace.
The house is equipped with air-conditioning, satellite television, a dishwasher and a hob with oven.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood about 500m from the beach of Las Negras.
