About 500m from the beach in the village of ‘ Las Negras’ in the ‘Cabo de Gata’, you’ll find this pleasant vacation rental called ‘ Casa Olivos’. The village ‘Las Negras’ of about 350 inhabitants disposes of a diving center, a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket.
Las Negras is about half an hour drive from the airport of Almeria. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the silence and the beautiful nature and beaches, such as Playa Los Genoveses and Playa Monsul. The cozy harbor town of San Jose is approximately a half hour drive from Las Negras.

The Cabo de Gata natural park

This park protects not only the coastal strip of the municipalities Nijar and Carboneras, but also to the sea (up to 12 miles from the coast). It is a volcanic area, with a steep rocky coast, small bays and subtropical vegetation. On the south coast there is a vast strip of flat land with the salt pans,’ Salinas de Acosta’. This area is used by many birds as a resting place between Europe and Africa on their annual migration. Often you can find flamingos. There are about 140 species of birds to be spotted.
In the crystal clear waters divers find a fascinating world of rocks; sea vegetation and all kinds of fish and shellfish.

Description Olivos

The holiday rental Olivos is a comfortable home on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and two terraces, surrounded by a garden. On the upper floor it features two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with lovely views on the bay of Las Negras. In the house there are electric radiators for the colder winter months.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about 500m from the beach of Las Negras.
