Studios Las Negras

The studios Alta and Baja are located about 500m from the beach in the village of Las Negras in the Cabo de Gata natural park.
Las Negras is about half an hour drive from the airport of Almeria. The village ‘las Negras’ of about 350 inhabitants has a diving center; a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the silence and the beautiful nature and beaches, such as Playa Los Genoveses and Playa Monsul. The cozy harbor town of San Jose is approximately a half hour drive from Las Negras.

Cabo de Gata natural park

The Cabo de Gata natural park protects, not only the coastal strip of the municipalities Nijar and Carboneras, but also the sea (up to 12 miles from the coast). It is a volcanic area, with a steep rocky coast, small bays and subtropical vegetation. On the south coast there is a vast strip of flat land with the salt pans,’ Salinas de Acosta’. This area is used by many birds as a resting place between Europe and Africa on their annual migration. Often you can find flamingos. There are about 140 species of birds to be watched.
In the crystal clear waters divers find a fascinating world of rocks, sea vegetation and all kinds of fish and shellfish.

The Studios

The studios Alta and Baja are built one on top of the other. They both feature a living room with open kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
Studio Alta has a nice terrace, overlooking the village of Las Negras and the sea.

Studio Baja has a terrace surrounded by a garden. In both the studios there is heating for colder winter days.
The studios are located in a quiet neighborhood uphill, about 500m from the beach of Las Negras.
